The Westport Beekeepers Monthly Club meeting will be on Tuesday 4th June 2019 at 8pm. Certificates of Attendance for the Preliminary Beekeeping Course will be issued on the night followed by a Questions & Answers session – topical at present is swarm season and queen cells. Swarm season is here, so keep an eye on the Whats app messages. We will talk about the ‘June Gap’ at meeting, with need to feed bees, apiary visits continue on Tuesday evenings, this is a great opportunity to learn. Please let us know in advance if you need to borrow a suit (but bring your own wellies please).
