Bus to Ryan’s Apiary, Tipperary for the practical part of exam.
(People who took the theory exam have to go, as this is the practical part of the exam.)
Times:
Leaving Westport Saturday 4th June at 6.45 am, sharp from the Teagasc Offices,
Ballinrobe 7.10am,
Headford 7.45am,
Arriving at Ryan’s Apiary, Dundrum, Tipperary 10.45am approx, after a quick cup of tea the beginners go to the apiary for their practical demonstration.
Exam at 2.00pm.
(Mary Ryan is kindly giving us a cup of tea and a scone on arrival, at 1.00pm she will give a bowl of soup to everybody, bring your own sandwiches or whatever you want to eat at that time.
Arrangements will be made on bus for a pit stop somewhere on the way back to have something to eat, either a take away or a sit down meal!!
Some seats still available to people who wish to come along and see what beekeeping is really about!!
